An in-country manufacturing CXO at a $100 billion FMCG global company was facing significant challenges transitioning to a new role as Managing Director of regional R&D center. With entirely different stakeholders and a dramatically different landscape, the transition was far from smooth. Dr. Alok from CreoVate was brought in by the CHRO to coach this strong and promising leader to succeed in the new role. The ‘limiting’ belief that previous success mantra would work, got challenged. New values, priorities & rules of engagement with new set of teams needed to be reconfigured as playground shifted from highly process centric to one fostering flexibility and innovation. After nine sessions, and a thorough introspection of expectations of new stakeholders in global HQ & reprioritizing critical success factors, the new chief of R&D began delivering visionary, game-changing leadership.
Recently promoted President-wholesale banking of a large bank was experiencing challenge in gaining acceptability from other senior leaders who were peers previously. Dr Alok from CreoVate took this coaching assignment. Aided with psychometric tools, It soon came to his realization that strong competitive drive coupled with inflated need to control & micro-detailing were causing conflicts in the new role. six coaching sessions, his focus shifted to strategic direction setting, dialogue on stretch goals & leading hi-stake changes including shaping the divisional culture. President discovered solutions by himself leaving operations detailing to his team members.
Chairman of a large Conglomerate in Vietnam was struggling to build top level leadership in his 34 subsidiary Companies to align with bold vision and shift from typical compliance & status quo mindset. Dr Alok from CreoVate joined him in Hanoi & engaged with 34 CEOs with-in ‘psychological safe environment’ to explore new possibilities through coaching. The organization got filled with variety of change initiatives leading to unprecedented growth. This was a retainership assignment for CreoVate
