How We Do

Coaching journey is like an expedition. We asked many leaders who went through successful transition to their desirable change. Based on their own stories of experience, Dr Alok figured out that they all cross 7Cs of Coaching Bridges in this journey of change.

Overcoming blind spots through self-awareness is always the first step. There are variety of psychometric tools that are helpful. Like Hogan, SHL-OPQ32, Korn Ferry KF4D, AON-Adept and many others. Dr Alok is certified on most of them. We always start our journey by creating self=awareness with these psychometric tools. Then we take our gaze to stakeholders’ perceptions. These are meaningful indicators  & highly recommended to integrate in the journey. Other bridges get aligned a lot better once these two bridges provides clarity and conviction.
